Excellent information and very well explained! Thank you for doing what you do and helping people like me gain insight and education on our bodies and health issues. I have a homozygous SNP of A1298c and have been supplementing with methylated B12 and Methylated Folate. I don't necessarily know if it's helping , I'm still low in my B12 levels, which may be due to my Hashimotos and leaky gut.

Do you know a good multivitamin with methylfolate? Or instead do you recommend a multivitamin without folate?
